Grzegorz Kuczynski
An entrepreneur and leader who has been successfully developing Univio together with his business partners for almost 25 years. During this time, he has held a number of key roles in the organization, from Head of Sales and Marketing to Chief Operating Officer. He has participated in several hundred projects in the area of digital transformation, internet marketing and e-commerce. Since 2016, he acts as CEO and is responsible for all business areas of the company, ensuring its stable growth. Univio survived both the Internet bubble in 2001 and the financial crisis in 2008, and today continues to grow rapidly (CAGR for the period of 1997-2020 is 37%). He focuses especially on building an organizational culture based on maturity, partnership, responsibility, trust, transparent communication and company values. He has effectively implemented teal practices in Univio and is constantly developing them. He consistently builds upon management strategies with agile methodologies and lean management practices. In addition to being a graduate of the Faculty of Information Technology and Management at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, he has completed postgraduate studies in the field of Service Management at the Wrocław University of Economics. In 2017, he also graduated from "The Strategic Leadership Academy" at the ICAN Institute.
Piotr Wrzalik
An expert in the field of digitalization and commerce transformation, especially in regards to sales systems. He has worked for Univio since 1997, joining as the main programmer, and has been a shareholder since 1998 and a member of the board since 2003. In 1997, years before Amazon and Google were established, he created the first online bookstore in Poland. Two years later, he started building one of the first B2B e-commerce systems in Poland - for JTT SA. He has actively participated in the implementation of numerous B2C and B2B e-commerce solutions for the company's key customers, such as Euro-Net, BRW SA, Leroy Merlin and Publio.pl (from the Agora Group). Currently, on behalf of the Management Board, he is responsible for marketing and foreign expansion. He is the author of numerous publications, co-author of books and a speaker at many conferences devoted to e-commerce. He is a graduate of Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, Wroclaw School of Banking and the "Personal Leadership Academy" at ICAN Institute.
Grzegorz Rudno-Rudziński
An entrepreneur and social activist. For more than 20 years, he has been helping organizations to develop on the basis of IT technologies. Between 2013 and 2016, he acted as CEO and currently holds the position of Managing Partner of Univio. Here, culture and values are a top priority in regards to both employees and customers. Grzegorz focuses on the development of the company's activities on the domestic market and on cooperation with organizations and start-ups. He has actively cooperated in the development of e-commerce with companies such as EURO RTV AGD, Polski Bus, OnniBus, Euroterm, Kaczmarek Electric and ASAJ, as well as the digitalization of sales processes in Volkswagen Group Polska or Hyundai. He is an expert and innovator in the field of digital transformation, business development and innovation development methodologies. Furthermore, he is a founder and member of the supervisory board at oneb2b.pl - the first B2B platform for online and traditional sales available in the subscription model – and he regularly shares his knowledge during seminars and conferences. He actively spreads the idea of growth through cooperation and knowledge exchange as President of the Board of the national association of IT companies - ITCorner. He is also an ambassador of the nationwide Woman Update project, the aim of which is to inspire women to acquire digital competences and professional performance in the IT sector.
Marek Lose
One of the founders and shareholder of Univio, which he established together with his business partners in 1997 by investing the funds won in the national Challenge Management competition. For many years, as part of the group, he developed Internet Designers - one of the first interactive agencies on the Polish market, which serviced such well-known brands as, Internet Designers: AmRest, Canal+, EFL, Heinz, Nestle, Nivea, Rockwool, Unilever, Winiary and many others. In 2012, he was responsible for the acquisition of Empathy in Krakow, one of the first Internet Software House companies on the Polish market, specializing in the creation of dedicated applications and e-commerce solutions, and then for the creation of Univio in its current form. Since then he has been responsible for finance, M&A, controlling and administration duties within the group. He is also a co-founder of upsaily.com, an innovative tool for customer analysis using machine learning for e-commerce, which supports marketing professionals in identifying customer behaviour patterns, anticipating market opportunities and optimizing budgets. A graduate of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Information Technology and Management and ICAN Strategic Leadership Academy, he is also a member of Mensa.
