We would like to inform you about the merger of Univio SA and Univio Systems sp. z o.o.
The Management Board of Univio S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław hereby announces that on 18 December 2024, the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, issued a decision on the merger of Univio S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the acquiring company) with Univio Systems sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław, KRS 0000262592 (the company being acquired). The merger took place in accordance with Article 492 § 1 item 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, by transferring all assets of the company being acquired to the acquiring company.
