We are starting a new chapter in the company’s history / We are Univio!

Since 1997, we have been striving for continuous growth and development as a company. Our hunger for knowledge and passion for improvement have driven us for nearly three decades. Now it’s time for another important step in our history — changing the company name to Univio. The new name symbolizes our readiness to dynamically conquer international markets, our continued commitment to implementing the latest technologies, and our effectiveness and flexibility in addressing the changing needs of the market and our customers. We want Univio to be associated with modernity, innovative solutions, and the future of the IT industry. 

Why the decision to change? 

The name change to Univio is a significant step in the area of the company’s international expansion, currently focused particularly on the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and, in the future, extending to other European regions. Univio is a brand that will enable us to continue growing in foreign markets, where we see substantial development opportunities. The new name will allow us to build lasting brand recognition outside of Poland – it will be a key element in supporting business growth and cooperation with international clients and partners. 

Univio symbolizes our determination to become a leader in digital trade transformation in European markets. This change is part of the process of brand consolidation following recent acquisitions and an important step in preparing the company for activities in the field of mergers and acquisitions. It will allow us to utilize resources and synergy within the organization even more effectively. Additionally, combining organic growth with capital investments will enable further scaling of operations, introducing innovations, and consistently building the position of a leader in digital trade transformation in European markets. 

We also want to prepare for economic recovery. Considering the immense potential of foreign activities and the expected market acceleration next year, we have already made strategic decisions to secure the brand. This ensures that the organization is fully prepared for dynamic growth in new markets. 

The meaning of the new name 

The name Univio is no coincidence – besides its Latin origin, meaning unification… it is also an acronym that reflects our values and operational specifics:

  • N – Networking (Strength of relationships and cooperation) 
  • I – International (International nature of operations) 
  • V – Value (Values as the foundation of the company’s identity)

These elements reflect our mission to constantly deliver modern solutions that generate business value for our clients and are a source of their success. 

A new name, unchanged values 

Although we are changing our name, our values remain unchanged. Development, commitment, and cooperation are still the key pillars on which we base our operations. Univio is a company with a modern approach that believes the most important asset is people. Thanks to our employees, we succeed and achieve our goals.

New office, new opportunities 

The opening of a new office in Leipzig is not only a reflection of further steps in geographical expansion but also a symbol of full readiness to operate on the international stage. It is an opportunity for even greater integration and collaboration with global teams and new opportunities for acquiring and supporting clients. We are working on projects that will redefine industry standards, and the effectiveness of our strategy is confirmed by the prestigious Best Managed Companies award granted to us by Deloitte in 2024.
