- Univio, one of the market leaders in the digital transformation of commerce in Poland, is betting on the dynamic development of the strategic consulting area as an incubator for complex and long-term enterprise digitization projects.
- At the beginning of this year, Univio’s consulting team was joined by the managing partners of Allwins, a company providing business consulting services to trading companies. The company hopes that the development of this area will translate into accelerating business, building new customer relationships and strengthening its market position in the long term.
- The focus on developing this part of the offering is Univio’s response to customer needs arising from the digital transformation process.
Univio, one of the leaders in the digital transformation of commerce in Poland, started the year on a strong note. The company has significantly strengthened its business consulting department as an important link in the process of change related to the digitization of companies.
“The area of business consulting is a key part of the digital transformation process of commercial and manufacturing/commercial enterprises in an end-to-end model, which we want to continue to develop dynamically. It is the one that opens relationships with customers and is the first stage during which we learn about their needs and look for optimal solutions. It also has great potential to strengthen the company’s very good results and further build its market position. This is because there is a growing awareness among customers of how important it is – beyond the technology itself – to work comprehensively with an experienced partner who, at each stage of digital transformation, brings new business value to the customer and engages in change management to jointly achieve the planned goals.” explains Piotr Wrzalik, Head of Market Strategy at Univio.
The digitization of all companies, especially commercial and manufacturing and retail, is a complex process. It often involves almost all areas of the business – from design, finance and logistics teams, to IT and customer service, as well as physical employees. Only an experienced partner with a strong consulting team will be able to look at the overall digital transformation of the given company and propose solutions matched to its specifics and to the realities of the market. This is the role of Univio, an end-to-end Commerce Transformation Partner (E2E CTP).
Strategic Consulting Goes to the Next Level
The managing partners of Univio decided to follow suit and, together with a team of experts from Allwins – which supports businesses in entering the world of digitization – decided to strategically join forces. An important argument in favor of such a move was the fact that the founders of both companies had successfully collaborated on the jointly initiated ONe project, an innovative platform for customers operating in B2B commerce.
“The successful collaboration between Univio and Allwins demonstrated numerous synergies between the two teams, translating into measurable business benefits. The teams have built trust and successfully operated with similar values, co-funding and growing the ONe technology startup to the stage of a self-functioning enterprise.” says Artur Piekarczyk, the new Head of Consulting at Univio.
At the beginning of this year, the following Allwins founders and managers joined the Univio consulting team: Artur Piekarczyk as Head of Consulting, Dr. Artur Milecki as Consulting Manager, Adrian Hrehorowicz as Senior Business Consultant, and Tamas Jesztak, who will share his responsibilities between ONe and Univio. With a combination of business competence B2B partners managing Allwins and business-technology competence of the current consulting team at Univio – the area will gain a new development impetus.
“We share a common understanding of the role and purpose of consulting as an incubator for complex and long-term business digitization projects. We will guide clients through the path of digital competence development, business model transformation, construction and implementation of omnichannel strategies, implementation of innovations, and the creation of modern solution architecture, as well as preparing clients for independent digital channel management. With the addition of retail industry practitioners to our team, we will also offer our clients transformation process support services in the interim management model.” adds Piotr Wrzalik.
Since its establishment in 1997, Univio has focused on comprehensive and long-term cooperation with its clients. As a result, it has been working with 15 major companies in its portfolio for more than 10 years.
ONe Reaches Maturity, More Projects on the Horizon
The existing formula of cooperation between Univio and Allwins as investors in the innovative B2B platform ONe is not changing.
“ONe is already a mature and independent company, where we serve more than 50 customers. We have created a technologically advanced and easy-to-use tool that integrates with all other systems that facilitate B2B business. Now is the right time for us to use our competence and experience in another promising project on a larger scale – the expansion of the consulting area with Univio.” emphasizes Artur Milecki, Consulting Manager at Univio.
