Unity Group Becomes a Magento Business Partner

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve just joined the Magento partner community. Our team will now be able to develop more complex e-commerce solutions, but also service clients with stores based on Magento Commerce.

Every year, merchants around the world do more than $50 billion in business through the Magento-powered online stores.

Repeatedly singled out as #1 digital commerce platform by merchants ranked in the Internet Retailer US Top 1000, Internet Retailer Europe 500, or Internet Retailer B2B 300, Magento Commerce is a one-stop shop for all online cart’s needs.

Why did becoming a Magento Business Partner mean so much to us?

We’ve used Magento a lot in our projects, including the recent B2B e-commerce platform for the Polish brand Bakalland.

Some of our past experiences with this platform even made it to our blog – including two posts on the checkout modifications and changes in the front-end work in Magento 2.

Having worked enough with the open-source version, our team got hungry for more enterprise-level elements included in Magento Commerce. Apart from a bit more advanced architecture than the community version, it boasts a far wider list of functionalities, including dynamic pricing or more complex analytics and client segmentation options.

Since it’s only partners who get the access to the Magento Commerce code, we knew that was the way to go for us.

We’re proud of becoming one of Magento’s newest official partners, especially that there’s only a handful of such providers in Poland. We view this step as the culmination of our ongoing investment in this solution as developers and strategy consultants. It’s also a motivator for us to take up new Magento projects on a much larger scale than ever before.

– commented Piotr Wrzalik, Managing Partner at Unity Group.

Benefits of the Magento partnership

Joining the partner community brings several benefits to the table for our clients and partners.

Apart from the fact that Unity Group will now be able to use full potential of Magento Commerce, our team also taps into the vast solution resources.

Magento takes great care of their community, making sure that partners are up-to-speed with all key platform updates, as well as organising regular training sessions, roadshows and conferences. It also comes with a rich knowledgebase and library of courses only available to partners.

The recent acquisition of Magento by Adobe for $1.68 billion is rather unlikely to immediately change its partner community character, although its full effect is yet to be seen.

Our developers, admins, analysts and strategy consultants are already working on acquiring new certificates dedicated to enterprise development, performance optimisation and BI in Magento.

Equipped with new skills and product know-how, we will be expanding our collection of custom Magento plugins and integrations to further streamline development processes. This should improve our e-commerce offer in terms of delivery dates, but also rates and project scope.

We hope to better respond to the needs of clients and partners investing in complex e-commerce solutions. We’ll now be able to fully support them both in terms of end-to-end service and enterprise project staffing.

 – concluded Wrzalik.
