  • You have experience in office coordination
  • You are eager to learn, independent, and well-organized
  • You want to be involved in company life and have a knack for organizing events :)
  • You have English language skills at a minimum B1 level

Duties
/ Your Role

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the office – managing supplies, company equipment, and maintaining the aesthetics of the workspace
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and welcoming guests
  • Coordinating office activities and collaborating with external companies
  • Organizing business trips and handling expense settlements
  • Supporting HR and payroll processes as well as accounting matters
  • Organizing company events and assisting the People & Culture team
  • Managing the distribution of company equipment

The Office & Administration Team

The Office & Administration Team ensures the smooth and efficient operation of our offices in Wrocław and Kraków. Everyone knows us, and we know everyone. While many tasks are handled individually, with each team member having their own responsibilities and roles, we also work closely together, supporting each other in our daily challenges.

We strive to make the office a pleasant place to work and ensure that no one ever runs out of coffee. You’ll usually find us in the midst of the daily hustle and bustle. If needed, we’ll move heaven and earth to solve a problem. If you think there’s something to be afraid of… you’re absolutely right! Our team will knock you off your feet with a killer-friendly atmosphere. 😊
