Requirements
/ Your Skills

  • You have at least 2 years of experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • You understand the characteristics of B2B marketing and how it differs significantly from B2C
  • You have experience working with Looker/Power BI
  • You have a way with words and understand how to design eye-catching ad creatives
  • You are open to outbound marketing, enjoy analytics (including drawing insights from metrics), and strive to improve performance
  • You have experience working with CMS systems (including WordPress)
  • Familiarity with project management systems (in our case, Jira) is a plus

Duties
/ Your Role

  • Creating and managing marketing campaigns targeting lead generation in digital channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads) both in the Polish market and internationally
  • Analysis and optimization of key statistics for paid promotions
  • Analysis of target groups, trends, and user behaviors, as well as research of data essential for achieving marketing goals
  • Monitoring and delivering KPIs (Leads!)
  • Managing GTM (Google Tag Manager) and Google Analytics
  • Reporting statistics and compiling performance presentations
  • Support in outbound marketing campaigns
  • Collaboration and support for the marketing team in activities aimed at implementing the company's business development and employer branding strategies
  • Collaboration with Marketing Partners responsible for specific offer areas and with the People & Culture team to support recruitment
  • Working in CRM - HubSpot

Marketing is a very active team – all ideas and creativity are welcome, even encouraged. You will join the team responsible for paid promotion in both Inbound and Outbound areas. Although everyone has their own area of expertise, the team values open communication and mutual support. All our marketers handle a wide range of topics related to projects developed across the company, so you can expect close collaboration with other teams. Here, good relationships and interpersonal skills are key. But one thing is always certain – you won’t get bored with us!!!
