Requirements
/ Your Skills
- You have experience in implementing e-commerce systems
- You have experience managing projects and building relationships with English-speaking clients
- You understand product, category, and e-commerce management processes
- You have a good understanding of the IT industry and the principles of e-commerce ecosystems
- You can easily communicate with both clients and development teams
- You are proficient in English and can comfortably communicate at a business and technical level (B2/C1 level)
- You have experience working with Jira and Confluence
- Agile methodologies are second nature to you
- You are proactive and independent – you take initiative and know how to motivate others
Duties
/ Your Role
- Comprehensive project management – defining, planning, managing, and monitoring the budget, scope, schedule, resources, and risks
- Regular work with project reports to monitor progress
- Building strong relationships with clients (managing open communication, controlling potential risks, being the first escalation point, managing client expectations)
- Coordinating the project team’s work and ensuring consistency with the chosen methodology
- Building a well-organized team and identifying recruitment needs
- Supporting business development by playing an active role in preparing proposals and during the negotiation process of cooperation terms
