Requirements
/ Your Skills

  • The IT industry is not foreign to you, and you understand how e-commerce ecosystems work
  • Knowledge of Magento
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a business analyst
  • You communicate fluently in English (possible work with English-speaking clients)
  • You know how to be Agile – not just in theory
  • Terms like UML and BPMN are familiar to you

Duties
/ Your Role

  • Identifying clients’ business needs
  • Selecting tailored solutions for clients
  • Collaborating with the implementation team throughout the entire project
  • Supporting the development team in understanding clients’ needs
  • Creating project documentation
  • Developing and conducting training for clients and system users
  • Implementing best practices in the work of the entire analytical team

Nice
/ To Have

  • Technical background
  • Knowledge of web application architecture
  • Experience with AWS
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools
