Requirements

- Basic knowledge of GNU/Linux OS
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills: ability to connect facts, keen insight, and logical reasoning
- Basic understanding of operating systems, network principles, and server services
- Ability to work carefully under stressful situations
- Communicative knowledge of technical English
- Hard-working and motivated to expand knowledge
- Technical education (higher education in progress is acceptable, and this job can be balanced with studies)
- We don't expect you to be an experienced Admin/DevOps yet, but you can become one with us!
Duties
/ Your Role
- Monitoring IT infrastructure and business applications in terms of availability and performance
- Basic analysis and troubleshooting of operating systems and telecommunications networks
- Initiating corrective actions based on incidents and problems detected by monitoring tools
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Working with monitoring applications like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, CloudWatch, and proprietary solutions

- Experience in managing network devices/server infrastructure in data centers
- Knowledge of application/monitoring systems
- Familiarity with performance, high availability, and security issues
- Scripting skills (Bash, Python)
- Good understanding of networking protocols and server service architecture principles

The DevOps team is responsible for designing and building cloud infrastructure solutions that are scalable, efficient, secure, and cost-optimized. The team ensures the maintenance and continuity of the solutions they create.
Currently, the team consists of 16 people. We work in a hybrid model, which means there is always someone in the office. Among us, you'll find DevOps Engineers, Linux Administrators, Systems Architects, and people coordinating work on both internal Unity projects and with external client teams, providing 24/7 support.
Key technologies we work with include: AWS, GCP, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog.
After work, we turn into passionate enthusiasts of hiking and cycling, survival, bread baking, photography, fishing, the works of Krzysztof Krawczyk, and The World According to the Kiepskis.
