In light of the recent changes, we have prepared a FAQ section for you, where we have gathered the most frequently asked questions along with their answers. We hope this information will help clear up any doubts related to our company’s name change process. 

 

1.Why are you changing your name? 

The name change to Univio is an important step in our international expansion, currently focusing on the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), with plans to extend to other European regions in the future. Under the new name, the company is focusing on fully integrating the companies and teams that have joined in recent years, allowing for more effective use of resources and synergies within the organization. The decision to change the name is a key element of our strategy, aimed not only at securing the brand in foreign markets but also at preparing the company for future M&A activities. 

 

2. What exactly is changing? 

We are changing the brand name we use for market communication: Unity Group becomes Univio. 

Based on updates to the National Court Register (KRS), the names of companies in our capital group that previously used “Unity” will also change to Univio S.A., Univio International Sp. z o.o., and Univio Systems Sp. z o.o.. 

Our domain address will change to www.univio.com. 

Our employees will send emails from the domain @univio.com. 

 

3.What is not changing? 

Regarding formal matters: KRS, NIP, REGON, contact details, bank account numbers, and phone numbers remain unchanged. 

The team working with you on projects remains the same – we have a new name, but the values, offerings, and people remain the same. 

The name of Global4Net and its details also remain unchanged. 

 

4. Does the name change require signing a new or updated cooperation agreement? 

The agreements may require updates to certain provisions, such as contact email addresses, but the legal entity (the contracting party) remains the same, so there is no need to sign new agreements. 

 

5. From which email address will we now receive electronic invoices? 

Invoices will be sent from the following addresses: 

 

6. Will your website or application design change? 

No, only the name will change. The website layout remains the same. New URL univio.com  

 

7. Will contact details such as emails and phone numbers remain the same? 

Partially. The phone numbers will remain the same. Email communication will change to the univio.com domain. 

 

8. Will the company logo or other visual identity elements change? 

Yes, the company logo will change. Other elements of visual identity remain the same. 

 

9. Are my personal data safe after the name change? 

Yes, only the company name has changed. All regulations and policies protecting the personal data of our clients, partners, and employees remain unchanged. 

 

10. Will the name change affect my current contracts? 

No, the name change does not affect existing contracts, as the legal entity you signed the contracts with remains the same. 

 

11. Will my contracts with the company remain valid after the name change? 

Yes, contracts between us and our clients/partners remain valid. Only the contact details may need an update. 

 

12. Will the terms of my contract, including prices and delivery times, change? 

The name change will not affect the terms or scope of the agreement. 

 

13. What about invoices and documents? 

Following the update in the KRS, all outgoing documents will reflect the updated information, both in paper and electronic form. 

 

14. Will the data on invoices be different after the name change? 

Yes, the names of our companies that previously included “Unity” will change. NIP and REGON remain the same. This will require updating the data on invoices. You will be informed via email about the exact date of the change. 

 

15. Do I need to update my company’s information in your accounting systems? 

Yes. The names of our companies will change, but NIP and REGON remain the same. This will require updating the data on invoices. You will be informed via email about the exact date of the change. 

 

16. Will bank transfer details change? 

Bank account numbers remain unchanged. Only the account holder’s name will change. 

 

17. Do I need to take any action regarding the name change? 

Yes. In the case of an existing partnership, you will need to update the data in your accounting systems and the contact details in the contracts. 

 

18. Do I need to update the company’s information in my systems? 

Yes. If we are already in a partnership, you will need to update the data in your accounting and internal systems, where you use our previous company or group name, Unity Group. 

 

19. How can I get more information?

21. Will the name change affect the company’s offerings? 

No. 

 

22. Will new products or services be introduced after the name change? 

We are continuously developing, so it is possible that new products or services related to digital business transformation may appear in the future. 

 

23. Is the office, or other contact information changing? 

No, the location of our offices remains unchanged. 

 

24. Will phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses remain the same? 

Phone numbers and office addresses remain unchanged. 

Our employees’ email addresses will now be in the @univio.com domain.
