Requirements
/ Your Skills

  • You have extensive experience in “hard” IT as a Network Administrator and/or Systems Administrator
  • You are open to collaborating with people working in various roles
  • You have documented experience in writing scripts or programs and are proficient in it
  • You are a team player with at least B1 level English proficiency
  • You can translate business specification requirements into technical specifications
  • You can decompose functionalities and non-functional requirements, ensuring low technical debt, code security, and reasonable maintenance costs
  • You can independently manage projects technically and coordinate teams
  • You know the 5 pillars of WAF and consciously decide on the selection of solutions in this area
  • You enhance the skills and competencies of the rest of the team and the company
  • You participate in planning the introduction of new technologies in the company
  • You can advise and find solutions/technologies for specific problems
  • You hold an AWS Professional or Specialty certification or are willing to obtain it

Duties
/ Your Role

  • Managing projects from a technical perspective, including starting new projects from scratch (project initiation, kickoff)
  • Building cloud infrastructure (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure) for systems implemented at Univio
  • Ensuring that IaC (Terraform) code fully covers the built systems
  • Developing monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Supporting development teams by building CI/CD tools
  • Preparing systems for handover to maintenance (documentation, knowledge transfer)
  • Coordinating and deciding on task allocation within the team
  • Applying processes related to deployment, GIT, quality control, performance, and security
  • Taking care of non-functional business requirements (performance, availability, reliability)
  • Optional development in other directions (Architect, Developer)
  • Willingly sharing knowledge with other team members or at external events such as meetups/conferences

  • Systems for orchestration: ECS, GKE, OpenShift, Kubernetes

The team also takes care of maintaining and ensuring the continuity of the developed solutions, provides services in a 24/7 SLA model, and collaborates with development teams using the DevOps methodology.
