Requirements
/ Your Skills

  • You already have at least one year of experience in doing recruitment projects in IT (ideally with end-to-end execution)
  • You can tell Java from JavaScript, know what frameworks are related to the front-end and are familiar with the difference between a business analyst and a system analyst
  • You like working with people and appreciate autonomy in the implementation of projects
  • You have a host of ideas on how to reach potential candidates
  • You have a strong command of English so you can work with English-speaking candidates (preferably B2)

Duties
/ Your Role

  • Implementing recruitment projects for the IT area and supporting roles
  • Looking for candidates through direct search and networking
  • Supporting managers and technical leaders in delivery of the recruitment process
  • Implementing various projects relating to HR, events and Employer Branding
  • Introducing new solutions and developing tools in the recruitment area
